The Center for Research in Management (CRM) is an interdisciplinary department within the Faculty of Management from the National University of Political Studies and Public Administration.
Aiming to become a scientific agora for researchers and practitioners, CRM approaches topical issues with a view to ensure high quality research, promoted through international publications, conferences and scientific events.
Its mission is to support, develop and integrate high quality research in all educational, academic and scientific activities and endeavors.
Its goal is to foster an interdisciplinary edifice where worldwide researchers share the passion and dedication for knowledge and innovation.
CRM values collaboration and performance, and reunites several researchers from the national and international environment who strive to take further the management theory and practice.
The main research areas of CRM are: Knowledge Management & Intellectual Capital, Process Optimization & Change Management, Brand Management & Consumer Behavior, Digital Transformation & Business Dynamics and SMEs Internationalization.
